For over 25 years I have been operating in business and also advising other business owners on strategies to grow and operate successful businesses.
Having built and operated a purpose led business for a number of years, I learned the absolute value of defining and then driving and measuring our achievements of purpose.
When you live and breathe it every day, your team align and your customers align with your purpose, not only business success follows, but you actually enjoy what you do and are energised by it.
It is commonly said 'Begin with the end in mind' but I believe that can be 'Begin With A Purpose In Mind', operate with integrity and wisdom, and health, wealth and strength will follow. #BWAPIM

■ FPAA Australia Fire Protection company of the year in 2017
■ Revenue tripled in 3 years
■ Increased average spend by top clients by 600%
■ Average spend per job from $700 to $10,000 pa over 3 years
■ Increased gross margins from 25% to 55%
■ Grew client database by 60% to 7500 over 12 months
■ Increased average hourly rate by 30% over 12 months
My purpose is also to bring more professionalism to the construction industry - for better buildings for owners and occupiers, better conditions for workers; and driving change for a more inclusive, professional and modern culture in the industry, having measured no less than 30 significant changes having been achieved in this regard.
Since early 2022 Gina is also sole Director of Plus Technologies developing the ‘Certifired’ app for the full documentation of passive fire and inspections on sites.
Having enjoyed a broad & successful career in various industries including construction, IT, and professional services, I can bring a varied wealth of knowledge around the business performance, systems, legislation, HR and financial performance.
In addition to being a representative to multiple industry bodies, I have also operated on Boards and Government panels.
